At Drake's, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; therefore, we offer a 28-day return window for all unworn and unaltered items. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in the original shipping box and include the completed return form provided in your initial delivery.
Label and Ship
Affix the pre-paid DHL shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.
Quality Check and Refund
Once our workshop receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
